Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in high jewelry or ultra-luxury retail.
• Proven background in sales, clientelling, and boutique management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve and exceed high jewelry sales targets across the MENA region.
• Leverage an existing UHNW client book to drive revenue and deepen the boutique's presence within Qatar's luxury community.
• Work closely with retail teams to optimize high jewelry assortment planning and stock development, ensuring a compelling and relevant offering for our discerning clientele.
• Actively animate stores to create an exceptional high jewelry experience for clients.
