Responsibilities

• Lead Generation and Conversion: Source and qualify leads, approach and retain client relationships, and convert leads into business opportunities.
• Increase market share and maintain leadership through market penetration strategies.
• Attain lead referrals from existing clients and regularly update information from various sources.
• Sales Support and Customer Service: Provide exceptional sales support and customer service to existing clients as required.
• Foster and develop contacts to generate additional leads through various channels.
• Establish new alliances with industry-related companies.
• Attend trade fairs and develop relevant contacts.
• Marketing and Competitive Intelligence: Manage and record leads generated via marketing and public relations activities implemented by the company.
• Stay updated on competitive intelligence, including new product introductions, project overviews, and future developments.
• Sales Objectives and Reporting: Establish monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
• Prepare management reports and assist in organizing special networking events when required.
