Job summary

Al Gahwa Al Arabiya L.L.C in the UAE is seeking a seasoned Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage government and administrative affairs for the company. The role focuses on handling visas, licenses, and related procedures, ensuring timely renewals and adherence to regulations.

The candidate should have 2–5 years of UAE PRO experience, strong knowledge of UAE government procedures and labour regulations, and the ability to liaise with government bodies. A driving license is an advantage.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of UAE experience as a PRO.
• Strong knowledge of UAE government procedures and labour regulations.
• Good understanding of visa, labour, licensing, and company-related processes.
• Ability to independently handle PRO and government-related work.
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle all employee-related government and administrative matters.
• Process new and renewal of employment visas, including related documentation and procedures.
• Manage company-related government transactions and requirements.
• Handle Trade License and Tenancy Contract renewals and related formalities.
• Coordinate with Civil Defence and Hassantuk for company requirements.
• Manage labor-related matters and ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and regulations.
• Liaise with government departments and relevant authorities on behalf of the company.
• Maintain accurate records of employee and company documentation.
• Ensure all licenses, permits, visas, and other official documents are renewed on time.
