The ideal candidate has UAE regulatory knowledge, strong administrative skills, and fluency in English; Arabic is a plus. A related diploma or degree is preferred and prior PRO experience is desirable.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of UAE labor, immigration, and governmental procedures.
• Proficiency in administrative and documentation skills, such as record keeping, form preparation, and deadline tracking.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written); Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Experience in a PRO or similar role in the UAE, preferably within education, healthcare, or service-oriented organizations.

Responsabilités

• Handle all administrative and regulatory processes related to government entities, including visa applications, labor and immigration documentation, and license renewals.
• Prepare and submit required forms, maintain accurate records, track deadlines, and follow up with authorities to ensure compliance.
• Support staff with onboarding formalities and respond to documentation inquiries.
• Represent the center professionally in all external interactions; collaborate with management, HR, and team members to ensure smooth operations.
