TALENT ONE EMPLOYMENT SERVICES is seeking an experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage company registrations, licences, and government transactions in Abu Dhabi.

You will coordinate with authorities such as ADDED, TAMM, MOHRE and ICP, handle work permits and residence renewals, and maintain meticulous records.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of PRO experience in Abu Dhabi, fluent Arabic and English, and knowledge of UAE licensing, labour, and immigration procedures.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of PRO experience in Abu Dhabi.
• Experience with company registration and trade licence renewals.
• Hands-on knowledge of TAMM, ADDED, MOHRE and ICP portals.
• Familiarity with UAE licensing, labour and immigration procedures.
• Strong Arabic and English communication, documentation and follow-up skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence preferred.

Mansioni

• Handle company registration, trade licence issuance, amendments, and renewals.
• Renew establishment cards, government registrations, permits, and approvals.
• Coordinate with ADDED, TAMM, MOHRE, ICP, Abu Dhabi Municipality and authorities.
• Process work permits, employment visas, residence renewals, and cancellations.
• Manage document submissions, attestations, and government clearances.
• Track renewal deadlines, follow up on applications, and resolve documentation issues.
• Maintain records of approvals, government fees, and company documents.
