Qualifikationen

• Min 5+ years in payroll administration or HR operations.
• Experience in payroll processing within multi-entity organizations.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour law and payroll compliance.
• Proficiency with payroll systems and Oracle HRIS.

Aufgaben

• Process monthly payroll for all entities accurately and on time.
• Verify all employee payments including reimbursements and final settlements.
• Review leave records monthly and reflect updates in payroll.
• Conduct monthly costing and allocate payroll expenses across departments.
• Prepare monthly reconciliations of payroll accounts and provisions.
• Maintain up-to-date payroll data integrity in HR systems.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
• Support internal/external audits with documentation and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with Employee Relations to resolve leave-related discrepancies.
• Monitor changes in labor laws and taxes; implement timely changes.
• Support process improvements in payroll and leave management.
• Prepare payroll and workforce reports for management and audits.
