Job summary

Aldar is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll across all entities in the UAE. You will ensure accurate processing, reimbursements, ad-hoc payments, and final settlements, while maintaining data integrity in HRIS systems.

Based in Abu Dhabi, you will monitor labour law changes, support audits, and partner with Employee Relations to resolve payroll discrepancies, delivering timely and compliant payroll services for a multi-entity organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in payroll administration or HR operations.
• Experience with multi-entity payroll processing.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, HR, or related field.
• Proficient in analytical reporting and data interpretation.
• High integrity with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll for all entities accurately and on time.
• Verify all employee payments including reimbursements and final settlements.
• Review monthly leave records to reflect updates in payroll.
• Conduct monthly payroll costing and allocate expenses by department.
• Prepare monthly payroll reconciliations including provisions and accruals.
• Maintain up-to-date payroll and leave records with data integrity.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and labor laws.
• Support audits with required documentation and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with Employee Relations to resolve leave discrepancies.
• Monitor changes in labor laws and tax, implement timely updates.
• Support improvements to payroll processes and systems.
• Prepare and submit payroll and workforce reports.
