Job summary

Lex Resolvo Consultancy FZ LLE in the UAE seeks an experienced Legal Counsel to join its team on a full-time, remote basis, handling a diverse range of matters and delivering high-quality UAE legal services to clients.

You will draft and review contracts, provide practical legal advice, coordinate UAE litigation, and support corporate and commercial work while communicating clearly in English and Arabic; a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years’ UAE experience are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Law.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant legal experience.
Experience in UAE litigation, corporate and commercial matters.
Proven ability to draft and review contracts and provide practical advice.
Proficiency in English and Arabic is essential.
Experience with remote client communication.

Responsibilities

Assess potential clients’ legal matters and provide clear advice on options.
Communicate with clients to define the scope of legal services.
Coordinate UAE litigation matters with the litigation office and monitor deadlines.
Conduct legal research and advise on UAE laws across litigation, corporate, and commercial matters.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents.
Assist with corporate matters including company formation.
Prepare legal articles or other professional content.
