Job summary

JobCenter in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Legal Adviser to join our established firm. This role targets Indian nationals and involves advising on contracts, corporate and employment law, dispute resolution, and client representation.

You will conduct legal research, draft documents, ensure regulatory compliance, and build strong client relationships. The position requires five years of relevant experience, fluency in English, and thorough knowledge of UAE law.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Legal Adviser or similar role.
• Must be fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of UAE laws and regulations is required.
• Proven ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent research and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and assistance on contracts, corporate law, employment law, and dispute resolution.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparations and provide accurate interpretations of laws and regulations.
• Draft legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and pleadings.
