Lex Resolvo Consultancy FZ LLE is a UAE-based legal consultancy offering legal, litigation, and corporate services. We seek an experienced Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition and generate qualified leads across UAE for legal, litigation, and corporate services.

The role is full-time and remote, exclusively focused on the UAE market. You will identify prospective clients, build relationships, and manage the BD process end-to-end, coordinating with internal teams for

Qualifications

3–7 years in business development, sales, or client acquisition, ideally in legal or professional services
Experience in UAE market preferred
Strong ability to identify, approach, and convert prospective clients
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Fluent English; Arabic preferred

Responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities for legal, litigation, and corporate services in the UAE
Generate qualified leads through market research, networking, referrals, and outreach
Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, investors, and partners
Manage the BD process from first contact to proposal, negotiation, and conversion
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and handovers
Maintain records of leads and client communications
Monitor UAE market trends and competitor activity to identify new channels
