Job summary

• Postgraduate legal qualification is an advantage.
• 4–7 years of relevant legal experience, including litigation and dispute resolution.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support across litigation, contracts, employment, regulatory compliance, and day-to-day operations.
• Coordinate with external lawyers and monitor litigation matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts in Arabic and English.
• Ensure contractual terms protect the organization’s interests and manage contract lifecycle.
