Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant professional experience in project cargo/logistics.
• Experience coordinating with carriers, terminals, subcontractors, and customs globally.
• Knowledge of QHSES standards; on-site supervision experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project logistics operations and stakeholder management.
• Plan and execute export/import operations including heavy-lift and oversized cargo.
• Conduct route surveys, budgeting, and risk assessments.
• Drive RFQs, RFIs, tenders, and commercial proposals.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
