Job summary

Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) is seeking an ambitious professional to join the Transaction Banking Product team. You will translate strategy into a compelling product portfolio and work to capture market opportunities across the UAE and MENA region.

The role requires leadership of a small team, strong banking product knowledge, CPM certification, and at least six years in financial services. You will drive cross-selling, market intelligence, risk-aligned portfolio management, and service

Qualifications

At least 6 years in Banking/Financial Services with Product Management experience.
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
Certified Product Manager (CPM) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Translate strategy into a differentiating product portfolio.
Propose and implement strategies to enhance cross-selling and customer acquisition/retention.
Build market intelligence and monitor market opportunities for informed decision-making.
Review and control a complex product portfolio to align with risk strategy and market conditions.
Manage self and team in line with ADCB's people management policies and practices.
Organise and supervise the team to achieve targets and deliver the business plan.
Implement approved policies and ensure service standards to customers and stakeholders.
Motivate the team to participate in change initiatives and projects.
Demonstrate ADCB Service Standards in all interactions.
