Job summary

Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank is seeking a Product Manager for Corporate Cards to own end-to-end delivery, define features and manage stakeholders across business, technology and risk. You will ensure compliant solutions and timely execution while optimizing the card program lifecycle.

Responsibilities include roadmap prioritisation, UAT planning, release readiness, and governance participation, with a focus on scalability, usability and regulatory compliance within a dynamic banking environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Cards, Payments, or Transaction Banking.
• Deep understanding of card schemes, controls, fees, and compliance.
• Ability to manage complex stakeholder environments in banking.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and prioritisation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the Corporate Cards roadmap and backlog with clear value propositions.
• Define features, scopes and success criteria aligned to regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with technology, operations, risk and external partners for delivery.
• Define UAT scope, sign-off and support release readiness for new cards features.
• Manage governance, dependencies and post-launch issue triage and enhancements.
