Job summary

BRAU. in Dubai is seeking a Training Manager to lead and develop BRAU's staff training across Therapists, Front of House, Retail and Management teams.

You will ensure every team member has the knowledge, skills, product understanding, and confidence to deliver BRAU’s experience at the highest standard. You will own the development, delivery and coordination of BRAU training, build training platforms and materials, and create onboarding programs and ongoing learning resources to support

Qualifications

• Experience delivering staff training and education across multiple teams.
• Develop, coordinate and deliver training programs for all BRAU teams.
• Create structured training pathways based on role and experience.
• Deliver in-person, practical, workshop, and digital training sessions.
• Maintain records of training completion and competency.
• Develop and implement assessments and sign-offs for training.

Responsibilities

• Lead therapists, front-of-house, retail and management training.
• Own onboarding training and materials for each role.
• Develop training content for new treatments, products and services.
• Build BRAU's internal training platform and library.
• Plan and coordinate training calendars across locations.
• Ensure training is completed within timelines.
