Job summary

Flip retail in Dubai seeks a Training Manager to lead the entire training division, including area and classroom trainers and brand name experts. You will design comprehensive training strategies, organize and execute the retail training plan, and drive digital learning initiatives.

Key responsibilities include developing product and sales training materials, delivering programs to representative, retailer, and partner teams, and assessing regional training needs to continually improve service

Qualifications

• 5+ years in devices service or consumer electronics with reputable company.
• Experience in UAE and ability to pass HR verifications.
• Ability to perform under varied conditions and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop training materials for products and programs.
• Deliver sales and soft skills training to internal teams.
• Provide sales training to retailer and partner teams.
• Lead induction and alignment sessions for new staff.
• Assess regional training needs and deploy diverse methods including digital learning.
