Job summary

Visioneers UAE is seeking a Training & Capacity Building Lead to oversee the execution and operational delivery of all NEA training programs. The role focuses on transforming strategic programs into high-quality learning experiences through effective planning, coordination, and continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will manage multiple programs, ensure compliance with KHDA and accreditation requirements, and lead a team to deliver exceptional participant experience and partner

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Project Management, Human Capital or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end execution of all NEA training and capacity-building programs.
• Ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards.
• Oversee operational planning for all training activities including schedules, venues, LMS coordination, trainers, logistics, assessments, certifications, and participant management.
• Monitor day-to-day execution and proactively resolve operational challenges.
• Align program objectives, learning outcomes, and execution plans.
• Develop SOPs and workflows for efficient program delivery.
• Coordinate between internal teams, trainers, partners, and external vendors.
