• Prepare and deliver training on soft skills.
• Identify training needs through consultations and appraisals.
• Design training programs based on needs.
• Consider budgets and assess training ROI.
• Produce satisfactory programs for all relevant parties.
• Develop effective induction programs.
• Conduct appraisals and devise learning plans.
• Produce training materials.
• Manage training delivery and create a training strategy.
• Monitor trainee progress through reviews.
• Ensure statutory training requirements are met.
• Evaluate and amend training programs as needed.
• Assist line managers in solving training problems.
