Job summary

Dubai Holding Entertainment is seeking a Senior Manager - Total Rewards to shape and deliver a market-leading rewards strategy that attracts, motivates, and retains top talent across the organisation.

You will lead the design and implementation of compensation frameworks, oversee salary review cycles, and manage the benefits portfolio to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness. Strong leadership and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, finance, or related field.
10+ years in compensation and benefits or total rewards.
Experience designing compensation structures, job evaluation, benchmarking, benefits.
Knowledge of UAE employment law and reward compliance.
Strong Excel, HR systems, and reward analytics tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Lead design and implementation of compensation frameworks ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness.
Oversee annual compensation review cycles, salary benchmarking, pay reviews.
Manage benefits portfolio to stay competitive and cost-effective.
Develop incentive schemes, bonus plans, recognition programs aligned with business goals.
Conduct market benchmarking, salary surveys, and provide leadership with insights.
Monitor trends in compensation and benefits to keep programs relevant.
Develop reward policies, governance standards, ensuring regulatory compliance.
Partner with Human Capital, Finance, Procurement, Legal and leaders to deliver solutions.
Manage reward budgets, forecasting, and financial modelling.
Lead and develop a high-performing team.
