Job summary

TAQA Distribution in the UAE seeks a Lead, Total Rewards to support the development and execution of compensation and benefits strategies that align with business objectives and the employee value proposition. You will design competitive rewards packages, oversee employee insurance programs, and ensure regulatory compliance while partnering with senior leadership to drive retention and engagement.

Manage employee insurance programs and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

Follow the operational strategy in compliance with group delegation of authority policy.
Prepare periodical management reports to inform senior management.
Assist in executing total rewards strategy including compensation and benefits.
Support annual compensation reviews and market benchmarking.
Help evaluate benefits programs, health, retirement and wellness initiatives.
Assist in managing relationships with insurance vendors and providers.
Help develop and implement communication strategies to educate employees about their insurance benefits and enrollment processes.
Assist in analyzing market trends and benchmark data to ensure competitiveness.
