Qualitykiosk Technologies seeks an experienced Test Manager for Corporate Banking & Cash Management to lead end-to-end test management, drive UAT delivery, and govern quality across banking transformation programs. You will manage stakeholder expectations, ensure regulatory alignment, and coordinate with business users, product teams, and banking stakeholders in the UAE.

Qualificações

• 13 years of Banking QA Test Management experience.
• Minimum 5 years of recent experience in Corporate Banking projects.
• Strong experience in Cash Management and Payments domain.
• Experience in Trade Finance Lending and Receivables Management.
• Hands-on experience managing SIT and UAT programs.

Responsabilidades

• Define and implement Test Strategy, Plans and Estimation.
• Manage SIT/UAT/Regression/End-to-End testing activities.
• Drive defect management, quality governance, and sign-offs.
• Coordinate with business, vendors, and stakeholders for releases.
• Ensure test coverage across Corporate Banking and Cash Management.
