Job summary

QualityKiosk Technologies is seeking an experienced Test Manager for Corporate Banking & Cash Management to lead end-to-end QA programs and UAT in the UAE. You will drive test strategy, governance, and stakeholder coordination across banking operations, payments, trade finance, and digital channels.

The ideal candidate will have 13+ years in Banking QA, hands-on SIT/UAT management, and a strong understanding of UAE regulations, with proven leadership in large-scale banking transformations.

Qualifications

• 13+ years of Banking QA / Test Management experience.
• Minimum 5 years of recent experience in Corporate Banking projects.
• Strong experience in Cash Management and Payments domain.
• Experience in Trade Finance, Lending, and Receivables Management.
• Hands-on experience managing SIT and UAT programs.
• Strong understanding of UAE banking operations and regulations.
• Experience working with UAE banks and corporate banking platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing skills.
• Proven track record in leading large-scale banking testing programs.
• Ability to perform hands-on testing when required.
• Strong communication, leadership, and delivery management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end test management activities for Corporate Banking & Cash Management programs.
• Drive UAT delivery, governance, and project sign-offs across stakeholders.
• Coordinate SIT, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing efforts.
• Validate test coverage for Corporate Banking, Payment, and Digital channels.
• Manage defects, risks, and quality metrics; ensure on-time releases.
• Engage with Business Users, Product Teams, and Banking Stakeholders for sign-off.
• Ensure compliance with UAE banking regulations and operational procedures.
