Job summary

Caterpillar is seeking a service training consultant based in Dubai to develop and deliver comprehensive training solutions across electric power product systems and components. The role requires hands-on use of training aids, lab equipment, and collaboration with project teams to implement instructor-led and web-based trainings.

Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French and Arabic is a strong advantage.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French and Arabic is an advantage.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in technical training for Power & Energy Products such as electric power, marine and engine systems.
• Strong knowledge of Power & Energy Products Systems and Components training.
• Experience designing and developing training materials and deploying training aids and lab equipment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for delivering technical content.

Responsibilities

• Deliver electric power product Systems and Component training.
• Utilize and maintain training aids and equipment; set up/install training tools.
• Create instructor-led trainings (ILTs) and web-based trainings (WBTs).
• Collaborate with project team lead to upgrade courses.
• Manage personal development and course accreditation per area of expertise.
