• Assess training needs in coordination with department heads.
• Design and update training materials, modules, manuals, presentations, and exercises for both technical and soft skills programs.
• Deliver technical and soft skills training with hands-on demonstrations, simulations, and assessments.
• Facilitate onboarding and refresher technical trainings for new hires and existing staff.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance observations.
• Track training attendance, completion, and competency development.
