Job summary

Remotedxb in Dubai seeks a Senior Talent Sourcer to proactively source and engage passive talent across motorsports, performance automotive, and high‑performance engineering markets. You will build pipelines of engineers, technicians, and leadership candidates while partnering with recruiters and hiring teams to understand role requirements.

You will use ATS/CRM platforms and tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and hireEZ to identify top talent, screen resumes and portfolios, and conduct market

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years sourcing or recruiting experience.
• Proven success sourcing technical, engineering, or specialized automotive talent.
• Experience using ATS, CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, and hireEZ.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
