Job summary

IFFCO Group in Dubai, UAE seeks a senior sales professional to lead Premix and Feed sales, engaging with customer nutritionists and coordinating product development with suppliers. You will support the Premix & Feed Key Account Sales team in resolving technical challenges and driving opportunities.

The role requires extensive experience in feed/premix sales, a veterinary degree, and strong market/customer relationship skills.

Qualifications

12+ years experience in feed sales, premix sales, nutritionist in feed additive company, and distribution management & farm feed / premix sales management.
Bachelor's degree in veterinary medicine.
Strong knowledge of value chain management and customer-facing sales.

Responsibilities

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets by volume and revenue; visit customers to maintain relationships and identify opportunities.
Establish mechanisms to gather input from customers and nutritionists; engage with stakeholders on technical and commercial matters; resolve complaints within timelines.
Conduct market studies to identify trends, competitors and new business opportunities; provide territory reports on needs and interests.
Prepare price offers and quotations in coordination with managers and finance; coordinate farm/lab trials for new product introductions.
Participate in exhibitions and promotional events; engage with nutritionists on new feed additive opportunities; support branding efforts.
Ensure adherence to credit policy; follow up with customers to ensure timely collection of dues within limits.
Allocate work, nominate for training, conduct performance reviews, and manage leave/overtime for efficiency.
Apply techno-commercial expertise in Poultry/Dairy Nutrition and Formulation to support commercial activities; translate customer needs into functional products.
