Job summary
Royal Ingredients Group, part of the Cefetra Group, is seeking a Technical & Commercial Sales Manager based in Dubai to grow bakery and dairy businesses in the GCC region. You will manage customer relations, advise on emulsifier blends and starch solutions, and drive revenue with a hands-on commercial approach.
The role combines product knowledge with process optimization and development, requiring 5+ years in technical sales within food ingredients and experience with international B2B
Qualifications
- Proven experience with emulsifiers and functional blends.
- Experience in dairy and bakery sectors.
- At least 5 years in technical/commercial sales within food ingredients.
- Experience in the GCC region.
- Currently living in Dubai.
- Bachelor/Master in Food Technology or related field.
- Experience with international B2B customers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and expand the bakery and dairy sectors in the GCC region.
- Build, manage and strengthen customer relationships.
- Advise customers on the optimal use of emulsifier blends and starch solutions.
- Support application trials and pilot productions.
- Assist with recipe development and process optimization.
- Identify market trends and translate them into commercial opportunities.
- Drive revenue growth, prepare quotations and lead negotiations.
- Act as a key link between customers, sales, suppliers and R&D.
- Based in Dubai.
