Job summary

Nova International General Contracting is seeking an experienced Architectural Coordinator to lead coordination of luxury villa and residential projects in the UAE. You will review drawings, ensure code compliance, and liaise with consultants and internal teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Architecture (Master’s preferred), 15–20 years in architectural coordination, and strong knowledge of UAE regulations, with proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and BIM tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture is required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 15–20 years of experience in architectural coordination within contracting or consultancy firms.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and UAE regulations.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, BIM tools.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
