Job summary

Clédor Consulting is seeking an Architect for a confidential client in Dubai. The ideal candidate has a consulting firm background and 5+ years of hands-on experience in Dubai, with a track record on building projects from concept to execution.

The role requires coordination with consultants and contractors, strong drawing management across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines, and meticulous documentation in a consultancy environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture required.
• Minimum 5 years of Dubai-based experience; mandatory previous experience with engineering consultants or real estate developers.
• Strong knowledge of architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office; knowledge of Revit is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review and coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to identify and resolve design conflicts before construction.
• Monitor design progress and ensure timely submission and approval of drawings and technical documents.
• Coordinate material selection, sample submissions, and approval processes with consultants and clients.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely material procurement and compliance with project specifications.
• Track project documentation, RFIs, shop drawings, material submittals, and approvals.
• Organise and attend coordination meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and ensure follow‑up on action items.
• Ensure all project documents are maintained accurately and updated regularly.
• Support the project team in achieving project milestones within the approved schedule.

On behalf of our client we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Architect with a consulting firm background and 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in Dubai. The role is ideal for a professional who has worked on building projects from concept to execution and is comfortable working with drawings, coordination, and documentation in a consultancy environment.

• Preferred / Added Advantage: Experience in contract documentation, tender drawings, or construction documentation is a plus
• Exposure to site coordination or construction-stage support
• Familiarity with schedules, BOQs, and architectural specifications
