Nova International General Contracting is seeking a Senior Construction Manager with 20+ years of experience to lead luxury developments in Abu Dhabi. You will manage mobilization, planning, quality finishes, and high-profile client coordination across engineering, procurement, QA/QC, and HSE teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• 20+ years of progressive experience in construction project execution.
• Experience delivering luxury or premium projects in UAE/GCC.
• 8+ years in a senior managerial role overseeing large-scale projects.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 or MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full construction lifecycle of luxury developments from mobilization to handover.
• Develop and oversee detailed project plans, schedules, and resource strategies.
• Ensure flawless delivery of high-end finishes, bespoke designs and luxury specifications.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations with focus on precision, craftsmanship and quality.
• Monitor progress, productivity and workmanship against demanding luxury benchmarks.
• Identify risks early and implement timely corrective measures.
• Act as primary liaison for high-profile clients, consultants, designers and contractors.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, QA/QC and HSE teams.
• Communicate progress and key issues to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure works comply with drawings, UAE codes and luxury standards.
• Collaborate with QA/QC to maintain exceptional craftsmanship and finishes.

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Construction Manager with extensive experience delivering in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will bring 20+ years of progressive experience leading complex, premium developments, ensuring flawless execution, exceptional quality, and uncompromising attention to detail. This role demands strong leadership, deep technical expertise, and a proven track record in managing prestigious projects to the highest international standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full construction lifecycle of luxury developments, from mobilization to handover.
• Develop and oversee detailed project plans, schedules, and resource strategies aligned with premium project standards.
• Ensure flawless delivery of high-end finishes, bespoke designs, and luxury specifications.

• Review subcontractor performance and certify works for payment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Master's degree, PMP, or equivalent advanced certifications are highly desirable.
• 20+ years of progressive experience in construction project execution.
• Proven experience delivering luxury, high-end, or premium projects (e.g., luxury villas, palaces, high-end residential towers, or bespoke developments).
• Minimum 8+ years in a senior managerial role overseeing large-scale, complex projects.
• Strong track record of delivering projects in the UAE or GCC region.
• Deep expertise in construction methodologies, premium finishes, and luxury project execution.
• Comprehensive knowledge of UAE construction regulations and local authority requirements.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
• Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, including with high-profile clients.
