Job summary

Uasmart seeks a Senior Project Manager in Dubai to lead complex tech initiatives across Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments. You will coordinate IT and business teams, manage budgets and governance, and drive end-to-end delivery with a focus on ROI and stakeholder engagement.

The role requires deep SDLC understanding, experience with SaaS vendors, and the ability to present to C-suite executives. Immediate joiner is preferred for this 6-month contract with extendable potential.

Qualifications

• End-to-end project delivery across Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid.
• Vendor and SaaS management across RFPs, contracts, implementation, and delivery.
• Experience presenting to C-suite and senior stakeholders.
• Strong budgeting, ROI modelling, CapEx/OpEx, and financial controls.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating with business and IT teams, OEMs, and SIs.
• Deep understanding of SDLC and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methods.
• Manage project scope, schedules, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
• Oversee vendors and SaaS providers across RFP, contracts, and delivery.
• Engage with senior stakeholders, including C-suite, to provide updates.
• Prepare and present weekly status and steering committee reports.
• Manage budgets, business cases, ROI modelling, and financial controls.
• Ensure system readiness, testing, UAT, governance, and release management.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, business, and partners.
• Maintain project governance and proactive risk management.
• Support large-scale digital transformation programmes.
