Job summary

Uasmart in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Senior Scrum Master to drive agile delivery across Core Banking, Integration, Middleware, Cloud, Infrastructure, Security and Testing teams. You will facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, and ensure on-time sprint outcomes in a banking technology environment.

Ideal candidates have 8–10 years of Agile/Scrum experience, strong facilitation skills, Jira/Confluence proficiency, and a track record coordinating multiple technical teams through SIT, UAT,

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of professional experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing delivery.
• Proven ability to remove delivery impediments and coordinate multiple technical teams.
• Experience coordinating Core Banking, Integration, Middleware, Cloud, Infrastructure, Security, and Testing teams.
• Knowledge of APIs, microservices, and event-driven architecture.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile and Scrum ceremonies (planning, daily standups, reviews, retrospectives).
• Manage Agile squads and support sprint delivery.
• Identify and remove delivery impediments and blockers.
• Coordinate across Core Banking, Integration, Middleware, Cloud, Infrastructure, Security and Testing teams.
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, production deployment and hypercare activities.
• Support delivery planning, tracking and reporting.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams, product stakeholders and business teams.
• Track dependencies, risks, issues and milestones.
• Use Jira and Confluence to manage delivery information.
