Remote DXB is seeking an experienced recruiter in the UAE to manage end-to-end hiring for Oil & Gas, IT, tech, admin, product, and design roles. You will build a global candidate network, collaborating with senior leaders to tailor sourcing strategies and improve efficiencies.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of recruiting experience, strong interpersonal and writing skills, and a proactive, self-motivated approach in a diverse team environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in the oil and gas sector.
• 4-year degree in a related field.
• Knowledge of hardware and software terminology.
• Strong interpersonal and creative writing skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a diverse team.
• Self-motivated professional.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end recruiting processes for Oil and Gas, IT, tech, Admin, product, and design positions.
