Job summary

EY UAE is seeking a Senior Consultant in Tax Quality to support the MENA Tax Quality team with project coordination, reporting and implementation across the Global Tax Quality Review program.

The role requires a proactive, organized professional with strong English communication, robust stakeholder management, and experience in compliance, quality review or risk management. Dubai-based, full-time position with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate/University degree.
• Minimum three years’ relevant professional experience, preferably in compliance, quality review, internal audit, legal, or risk management functions or programs.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in Outlook and all Microsoft Office products, and ability to learn new systems and tools, detect issues and resolve them.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, problem-solving and time-keeping abilities; EA/PA experience is a plus.
• Attention to detail and orientation toward continuous improvement.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with other functions on initiatives.
• Ability to balance approachability with decisiveness in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Support TQR planning, scheduling and delivery across MENA.
• Coordinate meetings, communications, documentation and system access.
• Track progress, findings, remediation and follow-up actions, escalating delays as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports and status updates.
• Support post-review reporting, lessons learned, training and continuous improvement.
• Support planning and delivery of projects, communications, training and follow-up activities.
• Prepare presentations and dashboards highlighting key themes and improvement opportunities.
• Support EYI MyDocs and Client Collaboration and maintaining MENA TQ SharePoint site.
