EY UAE is seeking a Tax Quality Manager in Dubai/Abu Dhabi to support the MENA Tax Quality function. You will lead diverse quality and risk-management initiatives, provide timely advice to client teams, and collaborate with GC’s Office and Risk Management.
You will drive policy reviews, training, and process improvements across projects while leveraging technology. The role requires strong English, a legal/risk background, and 7+ years of relevant experience.

The Middle East and North Africa (MENA) regions include fourteen countries.
MENA TQ’s primary focus and responsibility is to support our client teams with provision of timely, quality advice and guidance to enable them to deliver high-quality work, manage risk effectively, innovate, develop business, maintain market presence, and remain in compliance with regulatory, legislative, and internal EY requirements continuously and consistently.
Another of our priorities is to work closely with Global Tax Quality and other MENA business functions such as Risk Management, General Counsel’s Office, Operations, and the wider EY network in delivering and supporting a variety of global and local priorities and initiatives.
We support client teams throughout the entire engagement lifecycle as necessary, provide them with tailored training, communicate messages of importance and act as a vital part of consultation network between client teams and other business units.
In addition to defined core TQ responsibilities, we get involved in specialized projects, assist with development and updates of policies and guidance as part of global and local efforts, and support the MENA Tax and Law practice in the execution of different strategies and developments.
An opportunity has arisen to join the MENA Tax Quality team as a Manager. As a key member of a small, but highly experienced team, you will have many opportunities to utilize and acquire a variety of skills and experiences while supporting different projects and initiatives. You will have responsibilities across a diverse quality and risk management-related project portfolio and will provide timely and practical support on diverse business matters. You will be working closely with the entire TQ team with the General Counsel’s Office and Risk Management teams.
