Job summary

EY in Dubai is seeking a Senior to support the MENA Tax Quality team. You will coordinate projects, deliver reporting, communications and training across the Tax Quality Review program, working with cross-functional teams across the region.

The role requires at least three years of relevant experience in compliance, quality review, internal audit or risk management, strong English skills, and proficiency with Power BI and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in compliance, quality review, internal audit, legal, or risk management.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Proficiency with Outlook and Microsoft Office; ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, problem-solving and time-keeping abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support TQR planning, scheduling and delivery across MENA.
• Coordinate meetings, communications, documentation and system access.
• Track progress, findings, remediation and follow-up actions.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports and status updates.
• Support post-review reporting, lessons learned, training and continuous improvement.
• Prepare presentations and dashboards highlighting key themes and improvement opportunities.
• Support technology initiatives including EYI MyDocs and Client Collaboration and MENA TQ SharePoint site.
