Job summary

EY is seeking a Consultant to join the MENA Tax - Global Compliance & Reporting (GCR) team in Dubai. You will lead complex engagements and drive growth, applying strong tax knowledge and leadership to deliver high-quality compliance and reporting for multinational clients.

You will manage day-to-day client engagements, monitor progress, mitigate risks, and coach junior staff while maintaining EY's Tax Quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance/business or related field required.
• MBA or professional qualification (CA/CPA/ACCA/CTA) advantageous.
• 3+ years in domestic and international tax rules/regulations in a large firm preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements and drive growth in the GCR practice.
• Manage day-to-day client engagements, monitor progress and deliverables.
• Coach junior team members and uphold Tax Quality guidelines.
