Job summary

Rowad Modern Engineering is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing through hiring, aligning with our culture and long-term goals. You will collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs, post roles, source candidates, screen and interview, coordinate the interview process, and manage ATS records with recruitment metrics.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and at least 3 years in Talent

Qualifications

3+ years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition.
Minimum 2 years of Talent Acquisition experience in the UAE.
Experience in recruiting blue-collar workforce, especially for construction and engineering projects.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
Create and post job advertisements on job boards and company pages.
Source qualified candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking events.
Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and coordinate interviews.
Facilitate interview process including scheduling, feedback collection and candidate communication.
Maintain ATS with candidate records and recruitment metrics.
Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the process.
Assist in employer branding and represent the company at job fairs and recruiting events.
Prepare offer letters and support onboarding with HR operations.
