Job summary

Asteco in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior Officer - Talent Acquisition to lead end-to-end recruitment, maintain confidentiality, and ensure timely staffing across the business. You will source candidates, screen and interview, coordinate onboarding, participate in assessments, and support Emiratization and MOHRE targets while aligning salary calculations with Korn Ferry guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment operations and ensure vacancies are filled within timelines.
• Source candidates through recruitment portals and LinkedIn/Bayt.
• Screen candidates and schedule interviews.
• Coordinate with visa processing and onboarding teams.
• Prepare offer letters and new joiner checklists.
• Provide weekly recruitment updates to unit heads.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal policies.
• Assist Emiratization initiatives and MOHRE targets.
