Talent BluePrint is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment for events, freelance roles, and project-based assignments in Dubai. You will deliver fast, high-quality hiring for sport, entertainment and large-scale live projects across the GCC, balancing speed with candidate quality.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Events Mgmt, or related.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on recruitment experience with events, hospitality, or project-based recruitment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for freelance and selected full-time roles.
• Source, screen, interview, shortlist, and coordinate offers.
• Develop sourcing strategies based on role, project, and location.
• Coordinate interviews and onboarding for deployment.
• Maintain recruitment records and use Juicebox/ATS.
• Build talent pipelines for GCC region and large events.
