The successful candidate will analyze business requirements, provide system support, and act as a liaison between stakeholders and IT teams. Ideal applicants will possess a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and have knowledge of ITIL processes. This role requires strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills, and familiarity with enterprise environments is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in System Analysis or Business Systems Analysis.
• Experience working in enterprise or regulated environments is preferred.
• Certifications such as ITIL or Business Analysis are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Provide day-to-day system support, including issue analysis and troubleshooting.
• Act as the liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors.
• Prepare and maintain system documentation.
• Support change management activities including impact analysis.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Ensure system changes comply with internal policies.
• Assist in audits by providing required system documentation.
