Job summary

Dubai Commodity Trading House in Dubai seeks an experienced Endur Application Support Analyst to support and enhance the trading technology landscape. You will work closely with Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office and Logistics to ensure stability and performance of the Endur platform.

The role involves incident resolution, EOD monitoring, root cause analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced trading environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Openlink Endur in a commodity trading, energy trading or commodities environment.
• Proven experience supporting Front Office, Middle Office and Back Office processes.
• Solid understanding of trade lifecycle management, settlements, logistics and risk management workflows.
• Experience investigating production issues and performing root cause analysis.
• Familiarity with system monitoring, batch processes and End of Day support activities.
• Experience supporting testing activities including UAT and regression testing.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with both technical and business users.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve Endur incidents, service requests and production issues across Front/Middle/Back Office and Logistics.
• Perform daily health checks, EOD monitoring and validate reports.
• Analyse recurring incidents and drive long-term solutions through problem management.
• Act as a key support contact for business users during extended hours.
• Support UAT and regression testing for system changes and releases.
• Collaborate with business and tech teams to ensure effective issue resolution and continuous improvement.
• Maintain knowledge articles, SOPs and diagnostic runbooks.
• Contribute to platform stability and ongoing Endur optimisation.

Our client, a leading commodity trading house based in Dubai, is looking to hire an experienced Endur Application Support Analyst to support and enhance their trading technology landscape. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced trading environment, working closely with Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office and Logistics teams to ensure the stability and performance of a critical Endur platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve complex Endur incidents, service requests and production issues across Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office and Logistics functions.
• Perform daily system health checks, End of Day (EOD) monitoring and validation of key operational and control reports.
• Analyse recurring incidents, identify root causes and drive long-term solutions through problem management and system enhancements.
• Act as a key support contact for business users, providing functional and technical expertise during extended support hours.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression testing for system changes, upgrades and releases.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to ensure effective issue resolution and continuous service improvement.
• Maintain and enhance knowledge articles, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and diagnostic runbooks.
• Contribute to platform stability, operational excellence and ongoing optimisation of the Endur environment.

Required Experience

• Strong experience supporting Openlink Endur within a commodity trading, energy trading or commodities environment.
• Proven experience supporting Front Office, Middle Office and Back Office business processes.
• Solid understanding of trade lifecycle management, settlements, logistics and risk management workflows.
• Experience investigating production issues, performing root cause analysis and managing incidents through to resolution.
• Familiarity with system monitoring, batch processes and End of Day support activities.
• Experience supporting testing activities including UAT and regression testing.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business users.

Desirable Skills

• Experience working within commodity trading houses, energy trading organisations or large-scale trading environments.
• Knowledge of SQL and data analysis tools.
• Exposure to ITIL service management practices.
• Experience supporting Endur upgrades, enhancements or project-driven changes.
