Job summary

Halian | Managed Services, Recruitment Agency & Contract Staffing in Abu Dhabi seeks a Senior Support Analyst to deliver L2/L3 production support for Openlink Endur across FO, MO, BO and logistics, and to act as SME for business users.

You will troubleshoot using SQL and logs, perform health checks, support UAT and releases, maintain runbooks, and coordinate with global teams in a follow-the-sun model.

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years of Endur production support experience.
• Strong SQL and log analysis skills.
• Good understanding of trade lifecycle and EOD processes.
• Experience with physical and/or financial commodity trading.
• Knowledge of ITIL Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
