Job summary

Publicis Sapient in Dubai is seeking a Senior Associate - Product Manager to collaborate with clients and our engineering and product teams in the energy and commodities trading space, driving transformation through rapid release cycles and iterative feedback.

As a key contributor, you will document requirements, build domain expertise in Endur and surrounding CTRM systems, and support test scenarios and UAT packs to ensure value delivery for clients in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of Endur support experience with strong SQL and log analysis.
• ,
• Hands-on Endur (OpenLink) experience is mandatory in the client environment.
• Basic understanding of trading or financial products.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Capture and refine requirements into user stories, use cases and process diagrams.
• Assist in preparing test scenarios and UAT packs with clear acceptance criteria.
• Support data and configuration analysis under guidance from senior team members.
• Maintain documentation repositories for their domain (process flows, FAQs, SOPs).

Senior Associate -Product Manager

As a Product Manager, you will collaborate with clients and our engineering & product teams in the energy and commodities trading space, driving transformation by understanding business and end-customer needs and continuously deliver value through rapid release cycles and iterative feedback.

Responsibilities

Your Impact:

Role Purpose: Supports Senior BAs and delivery teams by documenting requirements, processes and test cases for Endur and surrounding systems, while building domain expertise.

• Capture and refine requirements into user stories, use cases and process diagrams.
• Assist in preparing test scenarios and UAT packs with clear acceptance criteria.
• Support data and configuration analysis under guidance from senior team members.
• Maintain documentation repositories for their domain (process flows, FAQs, SOPs).

Qualifications

Your Skills and Experience:

Must Have skills:

• 4-7 years of Endur support experience; strong SQL and log analysis skills; understanding of commodity trading lifecycle; ITIL knowledge; strong stakeholder communication
• Hands-on Endur (OpenLink) experience is mandatory for success in Client's environment.
• Basic understanding of trading or financial products.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Good to have skill:

• Exposure to Endur or other CTRM platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile practices and tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Any BA-focused training or coursework.
