Job summary

Linesight, a leading global project and cost management consultancy, seeks a Senior Project Manager for substations and power infrastructure. You will lead multidisciplinary teams onsite, manage complex electrical projects, and engage with utilities, authorities, and clients across the GCC region to deliver on schedule and to budget.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of project delivery experience, with a track record managing complex electrical/power infrastructure projects.
• Substation experience is strongly preferred, including HV/EHV substations and grid connections.
• Experience managing substations through full lifecycle: design, interfaces, procurement, construction, testing, energisation and handover.
• GCC/Middle East experience, especially with local utilities, authorities and approvals.

Responsibilities

• Be a visible leader onsite, assessing progress and ensuring safe work practices.
• Coordinate with client, consultant and contractor on snagging, schedule and partner engagement.
• Identify issues proactively and work with the team to resolve effectively.
• Implement and monitor project procedures, and partner with the client to make improvements.
• Lead and attend key meetings to monitor progress and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
• Ensure project procedures are observed and followed.
