Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Senior Project Manager – Power Substation to lead end-to-end HV substation projects, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget. You will coordinate design, procurement, construction, and commissioning, while enforcing safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

You will mentor engineers and technicians, manage client and contractor relationships, monitor risks and financial performance, oversee testing and handover, and report progress to senior management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years managing large-scale substation or power infra projects.
• 5+ years in senior project management role with leadership responsibility.
• Proficiency with Primavera and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Define scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with client objectives.
• Lead execution to meet time, budget, and quality targets.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Monitor risks and implement mitigations; manage changes.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover to ensure compliance.
• Manage project financial performance and contract administration.
