Job summary

Parsons Corporation is hiring a Structural Inspector for Public Asset Works in Dubai to provide field assurance on civil infrastructure projects, including reservoirs, bridges and tunnels. You will perform inspections, verify measurements, review material traceability, complete safety records, and support progress payments and final handover with accurate documentation.

Qualifications

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of regional experience as a Structural Inspector.
Solid knowledge of public works contracts and construction supervision.
Ability to interpret plans, drawings, and specifications.
Proficient in engineering calculations for measurement and verification.
Strong diary and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

Examine structural works at inspection stages and verify contract compliance.
Monitor demolition and construction activities of civil structures.
Inspect reservoirs, lifting stations, retaining walls, substations, bridges, tunnels.
Record daily site observations and maintain inspection diaries.
Review Certificates of Compliance and safety documentation.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, surveyors, and QA teams.
