Job summary

Parsons Corporation seeks a Structural Inspector to supervise and inspect civil structures in Dubai, overseeing roads, bridges, tunnels and substations. You will verify workmanship, monitor material compliance, document nonconformance, and support quantity measurement on live infrastructure projects.

The role requires a diploma or bachelor’s in civil engineering with at least 5 years regional experience, strong reading of drawings, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years regional experience as a Structural Inspector.
• Strong ability to read and interpret structural drawings and specifications.
• Experience with public works contracts and construction supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Inspect structural works for compliance with drawings, specs, and contract requirements.
• Monitor demolition and construction activities of roads, tunnels, bridges, and substations.
• Maintain inspection records, diaries, and daily reports.
• Verify materials are approved and test documents are complete.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, surveyors and testing personnel.
