• At least 6 years proven experience in structural inspection and site supervision.

• Proficiency in preparing detailed inspection reports and technical documentation.
• Solid understanding of construction methodologies and building safety standards.
• Familiarity with UAE building regulations and local safety requirements.
• Experience in material testing and quality assurance assessment for concrete, steel, and structural components.
• Ability to identify deficiencies and oversee corrective action implementation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough structural inspections at various construction phases to verify compliance with approved plans, building codes, and UAE regulations.
• Supervise on-site construction activities and monitor contractor performance to ensure safety and quality.
• Document inspection findings with precision and prepare detailed technical reports.
• Identify structural deficiencies or non-compliance and communicate findings to project management and contractors.
