Job summary

Parsons in Dubai is looking for a Structural Inspector to support building construction and infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include inspecting structural works, ensuring compliance with engineering drawings, and supervising construction quality. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, with at least four years of experience in construction supervision.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of construction supervision experience.
• Minimum seven years of construction supervision experience if holding a diploma.
• Experience working on building construction projects.
• Preferably experience working in Dubai or the GCC.

Responsibilities

• Inspect site conditions for structural construction readiness.
• Monitor structural construction activities for compliance.
• Provide guidance on construction matters and resolve technical issues.
• Maintain detailed records of inspections and construction progress.
• Supervise activities of site inspectors for effective coverage.
• Assist in measurement and verification of completed works.
• Monitor compliance with safety procedures and regulations.
• Assist with as-built structural drawings verification.
• Participate in final inspections and punch list preparation.
• Support inspections and documentation for operating authorities.
